Terms of Agreement
These Terms of Agreements will apply to
all dealings between the parties hereto unless specifically
varied in writing and signed by a principal of the Developer
and a director of the Client respectively.

Antivirus Mailbox Protection |
|
This Antivirus protection
software is only available for our customers, and the customer
is entitled to use the virus protection for the duration of
their contract for one email box. It may not be used for any
other purpose.
The contract is for an unlimited
period of time and may be terminated at any time. Depending
on the particular WebHosting package. The monthly charge for
additional virus protection is £2.99 + VAT. This amount
must be paid 12 months in advance, and will be debited in
connection with the existing agreement. No refunds will be
made for time not used if the agreement is cancelled. If the
tariff (WebHosting package) associated with the licence agreement
is cancelled, the cancellation will apply to the licence agreement
for the virus protection.
This agreement shall be
governed by the laws of England and Wales and be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
To the maximum extent permitted
by applicable law and regardless of whether any remedy set
forth herein fails of its essential purpose, in no event will
Design 4 Web Online Limited or its licensors
be liable to you for any special, consequential, indirect
or similar damages, including any lost profits or lost data
arising out of the use or inability to use the software even
if Design 4 Web Online Limited has been advised
of the possibility of such damages. In no case shall Design
4 Web Online Limited or its 'licensors'
liability exceed the purchase price for the software. The
disclaimers and limitations set forth above will apply regardless
of whether you accept the software. All orders are based on
our General Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this agreement shall affect the
statutory rights of a consumer.
Important:
Please note that none of the commercially available anti-virus
programmes offers 100% virus protection. This is due in part
to the number of viruses in circulation, and also to the fact
that new viruses are constantly appearing for which the appropriate
protection has to be developed. So please continue to be careful
even with checked messages whether from a known or unknown
address.
